• Fence repairs and installation, whether it be one panel or a 100ft line.

• Minor plumbing works including kitchens, bathrooms and drainage problems/blockages.

• Minor electrical work such as adding sockets, installing or replacing light fittings etc.

• Full property/carpet cleaning (inc appliances) and clearing ready for new tenants or purchaser. Pressure washing driveways, patios & decking.
